1. Age restriction
This site sells adult products and is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
By using this site and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and that the products are for your own personal use. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.
2. Using the site
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with its normal operation, and not to copy, scrape or redistribute its content for commercial purposes.
We may suspend access, cancel orders or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
3. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Products and descriptions
We publish the material, dimensional and performance specifications supplied to us by the manufacturer of each product, and we publish them without editing. Where a figure is not listed, we do not claim it.
Product photography is representative. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and a small variation in finish or shade between the photograph and the item you receive is normal and is not a fault.
We do not give medical advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical guidance. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional first.
Products must be used as intended and in line with any instructions supplied with them.
5. Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We may change prices, withdraw products, or limit the quantity available to any one customer at any time without notice.
A product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where this happens we are not obliged to complete the sale. If we cancel an order for this reason after you have paid, we refund you in full.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — including where the item is unavailable, where we cannot obtain payment authorisation, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to the address given.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. Your statement will show VESPER.
8. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery timescales, shipping charges, returns eligibility and the 12-month warranty on devices are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy and Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.
In summary: most orders arrive within 7–15 days; sealed and unopened items may be returned within 14 days at your own postage cost; opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; and every device carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, logo and the Vesper name are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the products, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
