Completely. Orders ship in a plain outer box with no branding, no product imagery and nothing on the label that indicates what is inside. Your card statement shows VESPER and nothing more.

The exact material is listed on every product page, taken from the manufacturer's own specification and published unedited. Most of our devices are body-safe silicone or ABS — non-porous, phthalate-free and safe to clean properly.

Where the manufacturer publishes a measured noise figure, we list it in decibels on the product page rather than calling it "whisper quiet". As a rule, anything at or under roughly 50 dB is not audible through a closed door.

Most orders arrive within 7–15 days. Our range is made in small batches and quality-checked before dispatch, which is the main reason it takes longer than a general retailer. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

If it is still sealed and unopened, yes — within 14 days. You post it back to us at your own cost; we do not offer collection. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any intimate item once the seal has been broken, whether or not it has been used.

Every device carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Email us with your order number and a short description and we will replace or refund it — and we cover the return postage on a genuine fault.

Warm water and a mild unscented soap, dried fully before it goes away. Use water-based lubricant only — silicone lubricant bonds to silicone and ruins the surface. Store pieces separately rather than touching each other.
